Wolf von KOPP-COLOMB

Graduated from Passau University Faculty of Law in 1994. After graduating as fully qualified lawyer Wolf von Kopp-Colomb joined the former Federal Supervisory Office for Securities Trading (Bundesaufsichtsamt für den Wertpapierhandel - BAWe) in 1996. He worked in several sections of securities supervision focusing on European matters (CESR), compliance and conduct of business rules as well as prospectuses. Since 2006 he has been head of the section regarding the approval of prospectuses, especially initial public offerings.
